Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a BIM lead to implement BIM execution plans across architecture, structure, and M&E. The role focuses on coordinating digital workflows and ensuring models meet BIM standards.

You will prepare detailed shop drawings, generate 3D renderings with Revit, Twinmotion, and Lumion, and lead BIM coordination meetings with stakeholders. A 12-month contract and local experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture with 4+ years BIM experience locally.
• Proficient with BIM LOD 400–500 and ISO 19650 workflows.
• Experience preparing detailed shop drawings for architecture and structures.
• Knowledge of Revit and Navisworks is essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement BIM execution plans and digital workflows for cross-discipline collaboration.
• Ensure BIM models comply with standards and are accessible to project participants.
• Prepare standard architectural and structural shop drawings.
• Create 3D renderings using Revit, Twinmotion, and Lumion to support design.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and document outcomes.
