Job summary

IAQ Energy Facility Management Sdn. Bhd. in Kulim, Kedah is seeking a BIM-focused engineer to create Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, and piping models for construction projects.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical or related engineering and at least five years of relevant experience on site or in construction environments. You will operate AutoCAD, Revit and BIM software, coordinate with design teams, ensure alignment with BIM Execution Plans, manage BIM technology implementation, and

Qualifications

• At least Degree in Mechanical or related engineering.
• At least 5 years working experience in the construction industry.
• Able to operate AutoCAD, Revit, BIM Software and MS Office applications.
• Willing to travel or station at project site.

Responsibilities

• Creating Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing & Sanitary, Process Pipe and/or Electrical models.
• Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/ and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes.
• Manage BIM technology implementation and ensure quality deliverables on construction projects.
• Understand and ensure any changes in BIM Models are effectively communicated to project teams.
• Accountable for the quality, safety, health and environmental management and performance at the workplace and project site.
