Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Billing: generate and verify invoices, posting in accounting system, E-Invoice submission.
• Costing: supplier invoicing checks, month end closing.
• Sales report preparation: reconcile and forecast sales/purchase, monitor accruals.
• Reporting: daily/weekly/monthly sales statistics for BI/management.
• Filing: organize sales invoices, debit/credit notes and payments.
