Job summary

Humantech Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Billing and Receivable Executive in Bangsar, Malaysia, to manage invoicing, AR, and monthly statements within a busy finance team.

You will prepare invoices, monitor overdue balances, support month-end closing, and ensure policy compliance. A bachelor degree in accounting or related field is required, with at least 1 year of billing/AR experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in billing, accounts receivable, credit control, cash application, or collection is preferred.
• Working knowledge of billing processes, collection follow-up, payment application, account reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Billing and Invoicing: Prepare, verify, and issue invoices, credit notes, and monthly Statements of Account (SOA) accurately and on time.
• Accounts Receivable and Collection: Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue payments, and resolve billing disputes with customers.
• Payment Processing and Reconciliation: Record and allocate customer payments, verify transactions, and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate billing records, update trackers, prepare reports, and support month-end closing activities.
• Compliance and Coordination: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while coordinating with Finance, Sales, Operations, and customers to resolve billing issues.
