Job summary

INTI International University & Colleges invites applications for a Student Recruitment & School Partnerships Executive (Mandarin & English Speaker). You will drive school engagement activities, lead generation, and campus events to attract prospective students in Malaysia.

Fresh graduates are encouraged; a Bachelor's Degree is required. Candidates must own transport, be fluent in Mandarin and English, and be prepared to work outside usual hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute school engagement activities (visits, talks, workshops, fairs, Open Days).
• Actively generate student leads from school engagements.
• Own leads from contact to enrolment with timely follow-ups.
• Convert leads into appointments, applications and enrolments.
• Support recruitment events with internal teams and ensure post-event follow-up.
