Job summary

INTI International University & Colleges is seeking an Education Counsellor to advise students and parents on college programmes, promote offerings, and drive enrolment in Nilai, Malaysia. The role requires strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as a plus.

Fresh graduates are welcome and travel to feeder schools and events is expected. The candidate will build relationships with schools and agents, participate in fairs, roadshows, and student recruitment activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
• Own transport is required.
• Willing to work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to commit to alternate weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide counselling to enquiring students and their parents on INTI programmes.
• Sales & marketing activities to promote programmes offered by the college.
• Strategize and implement plans to increase student numbers.
• Initiate and maintain good working relationships with schools/agents.
• Attend marketing activities, roadshows, exhibitions, and counselling sessions.
• Drive enrolment activities for the assigned areas.
• Execute and implement partner school initiatives.
• Responsible for education counselling to prospective students.
• Liaise with overseas agents on international student enrollment.
