Job summary

Michael Page International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Procurement Executive (Korean Speaker) to support regional procurement and sourcing activities, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in business or related field, Korean TOPIK 4, English proficiency, and at least 1 year of procurement experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering or related field.
• Business proficiency in Korean (min TOPIK Level 4) and English, written and spoken.
• Min 1 year experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain or related functions.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial or multinational environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and procurement activities in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery.
• Support supplier relationship management and performance monitoring.
• Process purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and business needs.
• Identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities.
• Use Korean language to communicate with Korean-speaking stakeholders and vendors.
