Job summary

ELT Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a detailed-oriented professional to handle and process PO, DO, invoices and price quotations. You will prepare shipping, inform delivery schedules, and ensure shipments meet customers.

Attend to customer sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in to assist their needs. Liaise with the sales team on quotations, order status and delivery tracking, and perform admin duties including Word/Excel documentation and reports.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process PO, DO, Invoice and price quotation.
• Prepare shipping and inform delivery schedule and ensure shipments meet customers.
• Attend to customer sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in to assist their needs.
• Liaise with the sales team to update on new product quotation, order status and delivery tracking.
• Perform administrative duties, Microsoft word, Excel including documentation and update reports.
