AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Sales & Business Development assistant to support the Sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with Japanese and local/global corporate clients.

You will collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to develop proposals, maintain client relationships, and translate materials between Japanese and English while ensuring excellent service and growth for the company.

Qualifikationen

• 0-2 years of experience in sales or related field (internship included).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
• Business level English & Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent).
• Willingness to learn about website production, analytics tools, and digital marketing solutions.

Aufgaben

• Identify and approach potential Japanese and local/global corporate clients to generate new business leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and budgets.
• Bridge between Japanese clients and internal teams, interpreting in meetings and translating documents (Japanese ⇔ English).
• Support Account Manager during client meetings, providing prompt follow-up and assistance with client requests.
• Develop marketing proposals with the creative and campaign operation teams tailored to each client’s needs and budget.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales materials to clients.
• Support expansion efforts with existing clients.
• Monitor campaign progress and client satisfaction, coordinating necessary adjustments with internal teams.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery and payment follow-ups.
