Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan EPS Consultants Sdn Bhd in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking a Japanese-speaking Production Planning Engineer to support production planning and coordination. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• JLPT N2 or N1 proficiency preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate production plans with manufacturing, purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams.
• Communicate with Japanese customers, suppliers, and headquarters regarding schedules and order status.
• Monitor inventory, material availability, and production capacity.
• Identify and resolve scheduling issues with relevant departments.
• Prepare production reports and forecasts.
