Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Develop and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate production plans with manufacturing, purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams.
• Communicate with Japanese customers, suppliers, and headquarters regarding schedules and order status.
• Monitor inventory, material availability, and production capacity.
• Identify and resolve scheduling issues with relevant departments.
• Prepare production reports and forecasts.

• Monitor production progress, inventory levels, material availability, and production capacity.

• Prepare production reports, forecasts, and other related documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Japanese and English (JLPT N2 or N1 preferred).
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in production planning or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
