FastLane by ENCOR in Malaysia is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support Hong Kong payroll, MPF administration, and visa matters for regional clients. You will collaborate with Hong Kong and regional teams, ensuring compliance and accurate payroll processing in a hybrid role.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in payroll/Hr ops, bilingual English/Chinese, and familiarity with HK payroll practices. On-the-job guidance will be provided for Hong Kong visa procedures and Employment Ordinance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related discipline preferred.
• 2–5 years HR experience, with payroll and visa administration.
• Experience with Hong Kong payroll and HR practices preferred.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS.
• Proficient English and Chinese communication.

Responsabilités

• Process Hong Kong payroll and MPF administration accurately and on time.
• Assist Employer's Return preparation and related payroll matters.
• Maintain payroll records and respond to payroll-related enquiries.
• Support visa applications and documentation with HK Immigration Department.
• Provide HR administrative support and reporting.
