Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English.
• At least 1 year of IT technical support or service desk experience.
• Education or equivalent in IT related fields (Certificate/Diploma/Degree).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to end users on mobile and desktop platforms (desktops, laptops, PC-COE, remote access, messaging).
• Diagnose triage issues quickly and deliver high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor queues for misrouted or unresolved tickets; assist team as needed.
• Resolve at least 80% of chat and ticket inquiries without dispatching to partners.
• May supervise activities of other non-exempt employees.
