Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant Content Moderation experience.
• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N1) and English (B2).
• Diploma or above in any field.
• Strong attention to detail, judgment, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Good understanding of Japanese culture, online trends, and digital platforms.
• Able to work independently in a fast‑paced BPO environment.
• Japanese typing speed: 192 WPM (B+ level or above).
• Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shift, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in Trust & Safety, BPO, Customer Service, or E‑commerce is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate video, image, and text content against company policies and SOPs.
• Apply sound judgment and local market context to moderation decisions.
• Review sensitive or disturbing material objectively and professionally.
• Escalate high‑risk cases to internal teams promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, products, and industry practices.
• Meet accuracy, turnaround time, and productivity targets during high‑volume campaigns.
• Adapt to policy revisions and rotating shift schedules.
• Complete ad‑hoc operational tasks assigned by management.
