Cision, a global leader in consumer and media intelligence, is looking for a proofreader to join our Kuala Lumpur team. In this hybrid, full-time role you will format client press releases and proofread documents with speed and accuracy, while offering professional suggestions to improve communications.

Fluency in English and Mandarin (reading and writing Traditional and Simplified Chinese) and 1 year of experience or fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualificações

1 year of working experience is preferred, Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
Fluency in English and Mandarin communication, including reading and writing both Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
Highly self-motivated and independent

Responsabilidades

Format client press releases, proofread documents with speed and accuracy.
Offer professional suggestions to customers on how to improve their press releases.
Ensure all client requests are handled to the highest customer service standards.
Ensure that the team’s routine workflow runs smoothly and that tasks are managed properly.
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of distribution platforms and processes.
Maintain seamless collaboration with colleagues in other functions and provide help as needed.
Provide regular feedback on operational activities to the supervisor.
