Job summary

AVEVA in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Procure-to-Pay Associate to support the Shared Services team. You will handle day-to-day Accounts Payable tasks, process PO and non-PO invoices, perform VAT controls, and support month-end close.

This role requires experience in accounts payable, proficiency with MS Office and Oracle, and fluency in English and Japanese. You will work in a hybrid setup with a focus on accuracy, controls, and timely supplier payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable environment.
• Good understanding of finance systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process PO and non-PO invoices with accurate coding and approvals.
• Handle AP data, VAT controls, and month-end close activities.
• Perform creditor reconciliations and respond to AP/E presents queries.
• Support in training and development of staff and adherence to SOPs.
