Job summary

HyperQB Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a hands-on Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts and day-to-day finance operations with minimal supervision.

The role requires accuracy and the ability to communicate in English and Mandarin. You will handle general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, month-end closing, cash flow reports, and assist during audits and tax compliance. A diploma/degree in finance and 1+ year experience are required; proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and QuickBooks

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience handling full set of general accounts.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
• Fluency in Mandarin, both spoken and written, to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and associates.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, AP and AR.
• Perform bank reconciliations and month-end closing.
