Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks an Accountant cum Admin & HR Executive to manage the full set of accounts, daily financial operations, administrative duties, and basic human resource functions. English communication is essential for dealing with US/Canada customers and suppliers.

You will handle invoicing, payments, tax matters, and HR records while maintaining accurate financial documentation and compliance with local regulations.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Mandarin, English speaking skills as supplier and customer are in China/USA.
• Experience in handling full set accounts independently is preferred.
• Familiar with AP, AR, bank reconciliation, invoicing, payment collection, and supplier payments.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian corporate tax and statutory compliance.
• Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and suppliers in the United States and Canada.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Meticulous, organized, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Willing to take on accounting, administrative, and HR responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Reconcile customer and supplier accounts to ensure all transactions and outstanding balances are accurate.
• Handle customer invoicing, payment collection, supplier invoices, and payment arrangements.
• Follow up on overdue payments and outstanding accounts.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding invoices, payment status, and account discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documents.
• Handle company tax matters and liaise with external accountants, tax agents, or relevant authorities when required.
• Handle daily office administration and documentation.
• Maintain proper filing of financial, business, and company records.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
