Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a Chinese-speaking accountant fluent in Chinese to handle full set of accounts, monthly management accounts, and year-end financial statements. You will manage AP/AR, bank reconciliations, treasury tasks, and liaise with auditors and tax agents.

Requires ability to work under pressure and hold a valid driver’s license with own transport. Responsibilities include daily accounting operations, supplier payments, cash flow monitoring, budgeting assistance, and

Competenze

• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
• Able to handle full set of accounts and financial statements
• Work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Mansioni

• Handle full set of accounts and timely preparation of monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements
• Perform daily accounting operations: vouchers, invoicing, bookkeeping
• Manage AP/AR, aging reports and follow-ups
• Prepare and issue cheques, process supplier payments, liaise with banks
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Assist treasury functions: deposits, loans, banking facilities
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary on compliance
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and management summaries
• Review Debtors' Ledger for accuracy and discrepancies
• Maintain documentation and internal controls
• Assist in budget prep, variance analysis, and month-end closing
