Job summary

BIG Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Assistant / Sales Assistant at 1 Utama MRT. You will help customers with product information, assist in locating items, and promote health and wellness.

The role includes stock display, inventory tasks, POS transactions, and ensuring accurate pricing. Training is provided. Join a growing Malaysian pharmacy network of over 300 outlets.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in a pharmacy retail setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers, providing product information, helping them find what they need, and offering advice on product selection.
• Product visibility and display, implementing FEFO and FIFO for inventory management.
• Receive incoming goods, store deliveries, and assist in stock control and management.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, referring them to the appropriate pharmacy team member when necessary.
• Attach price tags to products, stay updated on promotions, and create appealing displays.
• Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register with receipts.

Duties/Responsibilities (Training Provided)

Customer Assistance: Attend to customers, providing product information, helping them find what they need, and offering advice on product selection.

Product Display: Ensure product visibility and proper display, implementing FEFO and FIFO practices for inventory management.

Inventory Management: Receive incoming goods, store deliveries appropriately, and assist in stock control and management.

Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, referring them to the appropriate pharmacy team member when necessary.

Promotions and Pricing: Attach price tags to products, stay updated on special promotions, and create appealing displays.

Payment Processing: Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register with receipts.
