Concentrix is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to serve as the analytics partner for the local business, building and maintaining dashboards, surfacing trends, and translating numbers into actions. You will connect local reporting with the Global BI data platform while ensuring continuity as the platform evolves.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a BI, data analyst, or reporting role.
• Strong SQL — able to write, read, and optimize queries against large datasets.
• Hands-on expertise in at least one enterprise BI tool with data modelling and performance tuning.
• Demonstrated ability to move from a raw business question to a defensible answer with a clear recommendation.
• Excellent communication skills: explain technical constraints to business and business nuance to engineers.
• Comfortable working across time zones with a distributed team and self-directed.
• Business fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and self-service reports covering core commercial and operational KPIs.
• Own the full lifecycle of local reporting assets: requirements gathering, build, testing, documentation, rollout, and retirement of unused assets.
• Maintain data quality and reconciliation checks so reported numbers match the source of truth; investigate discrepancies at the root cause.
• Keep documentation current — metric definitions, calculation logic, refresh schedules, and known limitations.
• Partner with the business: triage, scope, and prioritize analytics requests against business impact.
• Coach business users toward self-service to reduce tickets.
• Represent local requirements to the Global BI team and track upstream changes affecting local reporting.
