CACTUS LIFE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Business Intelligence/Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business performance. You will filter and clean data, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, documenting requirements, translating needs into specs, and monitoring impact of changes. Collaboration with stakeholders and a proactive mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2–3 years in BI/Data Analytics.
FMCG industry experience preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present findings.
Experience with project management.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to business performance and industry data.
Filter and clean data to ensure accuracy.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports for KPIs and trends.
Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and optimize funnels.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research for growth.
Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders.
Translate business needs into technical specifications.
Prepare detailed reports for senior management with actionable insights.
Monitor impact of changes on performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in eCommerce.
Propose and implement process improvements.
