Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst in Penang to translate business needs into analytical requirements and develop dashboards using SQL and BI tools. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that guide decisions across teams.

You'll work in a hybrid environment, blending data analysis with business acumen, and contribute to reports, KPIs, and governance while growing your skills on modern BI platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; or 6+ years of relevant experience with dashboards and analytics.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics or BI.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; basic SQL knowledge.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design reports using data from multiple systems to specifications.
• Generate recommendations from data to address moderately complex problems.
• Identify trends and patterns in datasets to inform decisions.
• Design and develop analytical solutions across multiple systems.
• Develop dashboards and models using data visualization platforms.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and support governance.
