Job summary

Shu Yi Tea (MV) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an entry-level team member in Kuala Lumpur to join our beverage service. No experience is required, as full training will be provided to ensure you follow our SOPs and deliver friendly customer service.

You will take orders, prepare beverages, operate the POS system, and maintain cleanliness of the beverage station. You will also assist with stock, opening/closing duties, and adhere to halal and hygiene standards while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages according to company recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Operate the cashier/Point of Sale (POS) system and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage station, equipment, and store.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure sufficient stock for daily operations.
• Check ingredient quality, expiry dates, and proper storage.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and Halal requirements.
• Replenish stock and assist with stock counting when required.
• Work closely with team members during busy periods.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
