Job summary

Tealive in Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia seeks a friendly team member to brew beverages and serve customers with a smile. You will explain products clearly and upsell, maintain clean work areas, and handle daily cash transactions with accuracy.

No prior experience required, but SPM/O-Level holders are welcome. Overtime, weekends, and public holidays may apply. Training is provided and opportunities for promotion exist within a growing regional tea brand.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.

Responsibilities

• To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers
• Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm
• Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately
• Able to explain all products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils
• Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops
