Job summary

Shu Yi Tea (MV) Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking service staff to prepare beverages according to our recipes and SOP. You will take orders, provide friendly service, and handle cashier payments using the POS system.

No experience is required as training is provided. Maintain a clean beverage station, manage stock, check ingredients and expiry dates, and assist with opening/closing duties. You must follow halal, food-safety rules and work well with teammates in a fast-paced cafe environment,

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Malaysian Only
• Able to communicate well with customers and team members
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Must be hardworking, responsible and punctual
• Willing to learn and follow SOP
• Good personal hygiene and cleanliness
• Experience in F&B or beverage preparation is an added advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages according to company recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Operate the cashier/Point of Sale (POS) system and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage station, equipment, and store.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure sufficient stock for daily operations.
• Check ingredient quality, expiry dates, and proper storage.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and Halal requirements.
• Replenish stock and assist with stock counting when required.
• Work closely with team members during busy periods.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
