Job summary

Yummyjoy Group Sdn. Bhd. is a one-stop beverage solutions provider; we seek a capable Marketing Executive to own marketing projects from idea to execution.

You will drive brand development, website development, digital marketing, market research, and product launches, collaborating with management, sales, designers, suppliers and other departments. You will lead multi-brand marketing campaigns, coordinate content, photography and materials, and contribute to new product concepts and packaging

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing, Branding, Digital Marketing, Product Development or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant working experience; F&B, FMCG, beverage experience is an advantage.
• Capable of leading and coordinating projects, not just following instructions.
• Understanding of website development, SEO, digital advertising and social media.
• Strong research skills and interest in new products, trends, and business opportunities.
• Good written and verbal communication with suppliers, designers, agencies and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate development, improvement and maintenance of company and brand websites with developers and agencies.
• Plan website structure, content, product information, visuals and UX to align with brand positioning.
• Improve SEO, website traffic, enquiries and online conversion using analytics tools.
• Develop and execute marketing plans including positioning, messaging, campaigns and promotional concepts.
• Coordinate product photography, brochures, catalogs, advertisements and marketing materials while maintaining brand identity.
• Participate in developing new beverage products, researching opportunities, flavours and packaging formats.
• Work with internal teams and suppliers to turn ideas into commercially viable products, assisting in naming and packaging concepts.
• Conduct regular competitor and market research to identify opportunities.
• Plan and manage social media and digital campaigns, content calendars, multi-channel coordination and paid advertising campaigns.
• Develop go-to-market plans for new products and coordinate packaging, content and launch campaigns.
