AJBEST Holdings Sdn Bhd, a growing Malaysian food and beverage brand, is seeking a marketing-focused professional to drive campaigns and social media growth. You will plan and execute campaigns, create content, coordinate with outlets and vendors, and monitor performance.

Ideal candidates have a marketing diploma/degree and 1–2 years’ experience in marketing or related fields, with knowledge of social media, Canva, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activities.
• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms.
• Create and coordinate marketing content, including posters, videos, and promotional materials.
• Develop promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement and outlet sales.
• Coordinate marketing activities with outlets and operation teams.
• Assist with events, launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Manage basic digital marketing activities, including social media advertising.
• Work with designers, agencies, and external vendors when required.
• Prepare marketing reports and monitor campaign performance.
• Support brand development and ensure consistent brand communication.
• Perform other marketing duties assigned by the management.
