You will own the entire BESS sales lifecycle and interface between customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in relevant energy projects, a degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields, and strong skills in negotiation and CRM pipeline management. Qualifications

• 1-3+ years experience in BESS, solar + storage, or power systems.
• Proven experience in closing technical energy projects.
• Hands-on experience with CRM-based sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire BESS sales lifecycle from lead qualification to project handover.
• Act as the primary interface between customers and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with TNB interconnection requirements.
