- Greet guests at the entrance and assist with luggage handling.
- Deliver luggage promptly during check-in and check-out.
- Handle valet parking or coordinate with valet staff (if applicable).
- Respond to guest requests (e.g., taxis, directions, local info).
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and readiness.
- Coordinate with front desk and concierge teams.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through friendly, proactive service.
2. Safety and Security
- Ensure the safety and security of hotel guests by following established protocols.
- All stored luggage’s must be recorded and tagged properly
- Monitor guest activity in the lobby and public areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Report any suspicious activity or incidents to management or security staff as needed.
3. Communication
- Communicate effectively with hotel management and other departments to relay guest requests or issues.
- Update shift logs and ensure that the next shift is well informed about ongoing tasks and guest needs.
- Ensure that all guest information is handled in a confidential manner, in compliance with hotel policies and privacy laws.
- Complete daily check-in/check-out forms, guest registration cards, and other required paperwork.
- Maintain an accurate record of hotel occupancy and availability.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Physically fit and able to lift/carry luggage
