Job summary

Hyatt Regency Malaysia is seeking a Concierge to ensure guests receive swift, accurate telephone and message services, and to relay guest comments to supervisors. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service and sharing information about events and promotions inside and outside the hotel.

You will work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with two days off per week. The position offers meals on duty and access to staff room-rate discounts; RM1,800 per month is the starting

Qualifications

• Must be able to swim.
• Willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• 2 Off Days per Week.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and channel comments to Team Leader / Assistant Manager for follow up.
• Provide speedy, accurate and efficient telephone and message service at all times.
• Ensure accurate information of events and promotions inside and outside the hotel.
• Collaborate with Concierge team for overall hotel success and guest satisfaction.
• Support and embrace the spirit of teamwork.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of hotels and local tourism.

• Ensures guest comments are channelled to Team Leader /Assistant Manager for follow up.
• Ensures speedy, accurate and efficient telephone and message service at all times.
• Ensures accurate information of special events and promotions inside and outside of the hotel.
• Works closely with other Concierge personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
• Supports and embraces the spirit of “We work through Teams”.
• Ensures accurate knowledge of hotels and the tourism in local and Malaysia.
