Job summary

Albert Wines & Spirits (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Beer Equipment Technician to support installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of beer dispensing systems and related equipment.

You will attend service calls, perform preventive maintenance, assist with event setups, and keep service records while coordinating with Sales, Warehouse and Operations. Travel to customer locations and occasional after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, air-con or related technical field.
• Experience servicing beverage or commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, pumps and cooling systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, service, and repair beer dispensing systems, chillers, taps, coolers, and related equipment.
• Attend service calls at customer outlets and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.
• Carry out regular preventive maintenance to ensure equipment functions properly.
• Support setup and dismantling of beer equipment for events and promotions.
• Maintain service records, spare parts usage, and equipment movement.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations on installations and service needs.
• Provide basic guidance to customers on correct use and care of equipment.
• Perform other technical and operational duties when required.
