Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in beauty, slimming, skincare, or body care.
• SPM qualification; cosmetology or beauty therapy certificates are an advantage.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn, work in a team, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional slimming consultations and treatments.
• Recommend suitable slimming programmes and home-care products.
• Promote slimming packages, beauty products, and memberships to achieve targets.
• Perform slimming treatments according to SOPs and ensure customer comfort.
• Follow up with customers post-treatment and maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in consultation and treatment areas.
