Job summary

EMAX Beauté International invites a passionate Beauty Manager to lead our beauty and wellness retail team in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive sales, coach staff, and deliver outstanding customer experiences through personalized consultations.

We value leadership, resilience, and strong communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, with a focus on visual merchandising, operations, and customer care. Weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Beauty Manager role within beauty & wellness industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff.
• Experience in beauty, aesthetic, or wellness industry is required.
• Good communication skills with the ability to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Positive, proactive, and results-driven with a strong team player mindset.
• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
