Job summary

EMAX Beauté International Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking trainees to join its beauty and wellness retail network. You will participate in training on product knowledge and service protocols, assist senior consultants, and learn facial, skincare, and slimming treatments under supervision.

You will provide warm, professional customer service, maintain high hygiene standards, and help with daily centre operations including appointment coordination and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Passionate about beauty, skincare, and wellness.
• Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused.
• Willing to learn, with a positive working attitude.
• No experience required; full training provided by Emax Academy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing training on product knowledge and service protocols.
