Job summary

Luxasia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Brow Expert to deliver brand makeup services and build a loyal customer base. You will be trained and certified in brow and waxing techniques, with strong knowledge of makeup application. The role focuses on customer engagement and sales in a beauty retail setting.

The position requires English fluency, a strong retail background, and the ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. An aesthetician or waxing license is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate use of brand’s makeup products and services
• Market and sell brand’s products and services
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and store staff

• Identify customer skin condition and recommend products

• Perform Benefit-approved services to quality standards
• Arrange appointments for return services
• Maintain counter cleanliness and stock levels

Job description

Being a Brow Expert in the company, you will be trained and certified on the unique skillset of brows & facial waxing on top of having the best knowledge on make-up application techniques, tips & tricks as well as be exposed to a wide range of make-up products. A Brow Expert will also be able to build up their own base of regular customers to ensure that you have a constant flow of customers.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the use of brand’s make up products & services
• Market & Sell brand’s products & services
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers as well as store managers and cast members.
• Engage customers in a productive discussion to address skin concerns
• Perfectly identify customer’s skin condition and recommend the right products
• Host/Organize occasional workshops or parties for customers’ engagement
• Perform only Benefit approved and trained services offered on service menu to Benefit quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction
• Arrange appointments for return services
• Maintain counter cleanliness
• Ensure that top selling stock are not facing low or out of stocks issues; shelves are fully stocked at all time.
• Ensure personal bow bar areas are always at tip top condition, communicate maintenance issues to counter manager/sales manager
• Adhere to hygiene standards of the brand
• Ensure that the Benefit uniform is worn and full make up is always applied during work hours

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
• Strong retail sales and/or service history
• Comfortable in face to face engagement
• Self-motivated individual who possesses a strong passion for working in the Beauty industry
• Pleasant disposition and well groomed
• Work hours: able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic make-up application knowledge
• An aesthetician or waxing license is an advantage
