Job summary

Radii Global in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Beautician/Beauty Therapist to lead and supervise a team of beauticians and skin therapists. You will coach, set performance expectations, and manage daily operations, ensuring high standards of safety and service.

The role requires 3–5 years hands‑on experience, 1–2 years of supervisory work, and a Cosmetology qualification (CIDESCO/CIBTAC advantageous). Strong customer service, English and Bahasa Malaysia skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience as Beautician/Beauty Therapist/Skin Therapist or closely related role.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Diploma, professional certification, or equivalent qualification in Cosmetology, Esthetics, Beauty Therapy, or related field.
• CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
• Strong practical knowledge of skincare treatments, beauty procedures, products, and hygiene practices.
• Good leadership and people‑management skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales‑oriented with ability to recommend relevant treatments and products.
• Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple operational tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language skills are an advantage.

• Monitor stock levels of professional products, consumables, and retail items and coordinate replenishment with suppliers.
• Introduce suitable treatment packages, skincare products, and promotional offerings to clients.
