Job summary

Cheval SMG Sdn Bhd is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Bartenders to join our team at our upcoming Café Bar Bistro in Sunway Puteri Hills, Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia. Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards and provide friendly, professional service to guests.

You will help maintain bar cleanliness, assist with stock and inventory, follow recipes and responsible serving practices, handle orders and payments, and support daily opening and closing duties while

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or F&B experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktails, and bar service is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Provide friendly and professional service to create a positive guest experience.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organisation, and proper hygiene practices.
• Assist with stock checking, replenishment, and inventory control.
• Follow beverage recipes, presentation standards, and responsible serving practices.
• Handle customer orders, payments, and ensure accurate service.
• Support daily bar operations including opening and closing duties.
• Work effectively with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
