Job summary

K11 Century Sdn Bhd is seeking a bar/server to prepare, mix, and serve beverages in line with the company menu, recipes, and service standards. You will take orders, ensure timely preparation and delivery, and maintain a clean, organized bar area.

Responsibilities include inventory checks, proper storage of drinks, handling payments, and assisting with opening/closing duties. Compliance with responsible service and company policies is essential.

Qualifications

• Prepare, mix, and serve beverages according to the company's menu, recipes, and service standards.
• Take beverage orders from customers and ensure accurate and timely preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, beverage preparation area, equipment, and utensils at all times.
• Monitor beverage inventory, check stock availability, and inform the supervisor of low stock, shortages, or replenishment requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of beverages and ingredients to maintain product quality.
• Handle beverage orders and payments accurately, where required, and ensure proper recording of sales transactions.
• Assist in daily opening and closing duties, including preparation, stock checking, and cleaning of the bar area.
• Ensure responsible beverage service and comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
