Job summary

Tealive is seeking an entry-level team member to brew tea/coffee and serve drinks with enthusiasm. You will welcome customers, explain our menu, and upsell products while handling cash transactions and maintaining cleanliness in the outlet.

Roles require flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays. Training and medical benefits are offered as part of the employment package.

Qualifications

• SPM / O-Level or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer-facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers.
• Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.
• Explain all products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products.
• Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately.
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.

Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.

Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP

Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately.

Able to explain all products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils

Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.

Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday .
