Job summary

Tealive Kajang is seeking a friendly Barista to brew coffee and tea, serve drinks with a smile, and upsell products. You’ll handle cash, maintain cleanliness, and ensure high quality according to SOPs. Previous F&B experience is a plus; overtime and weekend/Public Holiday work may be required. This is a full-time on-site role at Tealive outlets in Kajang.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.

Responsibilities

• Brew coffee or tea and serve drinks to customers.
• Welcoming customers with a smile and enthusiasm.
• Explain products clearly and upsell when possible.
• Manage cash registers and daily transactions.
• Clean and restock dining areas; sanitize equipment.
• Ensure work areas are clean and sanitized.

Barista - Tealive Kajang (Fulltime Only)

To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers

Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.

Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP

Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately.

Able to explain all products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils

Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.

Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday .
