Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is hiring friendly service staff to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, greet customers and describe our menu items. You will ensure presentation standards and support daily cafe operations with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include handling payments, keeping work and seating areas clean, stocking supplies, and maintaining high service quality. Training is provided for non-barista candidates; bilingual English/Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses
• Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge
• Prefer candidates with own transport
• Non-barista experience candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• A Necessity, not a Luxury

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages according to recipe and presentation standard
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment
• Responsible for stock arrangement
• Greet and connect with every customer
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers
• Receive and process customer payments
• Ensure high quality of service
