Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer-focused team member to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, greet customers, and describe menu items. You will ensure cleanliness, assist with stock, and handle payments while delivering high-quality service.

The ideal candidate is vaccinated, holds a Secondary School/SPM certificate, and speaks English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently. Training will be provided for non-barista applicants, and owning transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
• Prefer candidates with own transport.
• Non-barista experience candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to recipe and presentation standard.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Ensure high quality of service.
