Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly cafe team member to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, greet customers, and suggest items from the menu. You will maintain clean workspaces and assist with stock while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be vaccinated, hold a SPM/secondary certificate, and have good English and Malay language skills. Training is provided for non-barista candidates. Own transport is a plus.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and able to learn quickly.
• Own transport preferred.
• Non-barista applicants welcomed with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to recipe and presentation standard.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Ensure high quality of service.
