Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a customer-focused staff member to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, greet customers, describe menu items, and process payments. You will maintain cleanliness, assist with stock, and ensure high-quality service in a fast-paced café environment.

Applicants should have at least a SPM certificate, be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and be energetic and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge
• Prefer candidates with own transport
• Non-barista experience candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages according to recipe and presentation standard
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment
• Responsible for stock arrangement
• Greet and connect with every customer
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers
• Receive and process customer payments
• Ensure high quality of service
