Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly team member to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, greet customers, and describe menu items while maintaining presentation standards. You will handle payments, keep the dining area clean, and assist with stock and training as needed.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, energy, and the ability to learn new knowledge in a busy cafe environment. Training is provided for non-barista candidates, with preference for own transport where possible.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Holder of Secondary School/SPM certificate.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
• Prefer candidates with own transport.
• Non-barista candidates welcome as training will be provided.
• A Necessity, not a Luxury.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to recipe and presentation standard.
• Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Ensure high quality of service.
