Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer-focused cafe staff to prepare beverages, greet customers, describe menu items, take payments, and maintain cleanliness and stock. Training is provided for non-barista applicants, and ownership of transport is preferred.

Eligibility includes vaccination (2 doses) and a minimum Secondary School/SPM certificate. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills and energetic, approachable demeanor are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
• Prefer candidates with own transport.
• Non-barista experience welcome as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to recipe and presentation standards.
• Clean and sanitise work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Responsible for stock arrangement.
• Greet and connect with every customer.
• Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers.
• Receive and process customer payments.
• Ensure high quality of service.
