Job summary

Generise sdn bhd, a Tealive outlet in Tawau, Malaysia, seeks a friendly Part-Time Barista to join our team. You will prepare beverages, serve customers, and support daily outlet operations.

We value reliability, teamwork, and excellent customer service. Training will be provided for candidates without barista experience, and weekend/public holiday shifts are required. Own transportation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Tealive beverages and products according to recipes and SOPs.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service.
• Handle cashier/POS transactions accurately.
• Prepare ingredients, toppings, cups, and packaging materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet and work area.
• Assist with stock receiving, arrangement, replenishment, and stock rotation.
• Follow food safety, Halal, hygiene, and company requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing outlet duties.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and escalation complaints when necessary.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily outlet operations.
• Maintain proper grooming and wear the required uniform while on duty.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Outlet Supervisor or Management.
