Job summary

Tealive Sri Gombak is seeking a full-time Barista to brew coffee and tea, serve drinks with a warm welcome, and ensure quality by following SOPs. You will manage the counter, handle cash transactions, and promote products with enthusiasm.

The role requires a friendly attitude, a minimum of SPM/O-Level, and flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays. Training is provided and there are opportunities for promotion within a growing regional brand.

Qualifications

• SPM/O-Level or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in food & beverage with customer-facing responsibilities is an advantage.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Flexible time, weekends & public holidays availability.

Responsibilities

• To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers.
• Welcoming customers with a big smile and enthusiasm.
• Ensure drinks meet quality standards by following SOPs.
• Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately.
• Explain products clearly and upsell where appropriate.
• Clean and restock work areas and maintain sanitization of equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of countertops and work areas.
