Job summary

Oriental Coffee International is seeking a dedicated candidate for a tea-focused role in Malaysia. The position requires ensuring SOPs are followed during tea preparation, keeping outlets clean, and ensuring freshness of ingredients and fruits.

You will assist with other duties as directed by your supervisor. Candidates should have at least SPM or equivalent, relevant work experience, and be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English, or Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• Working experience in related field is required.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English, or Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SOPs are followed while making tea.
• Maintain cleanliness of all outlets.
• Ensure materials and fruits are fresh and undamaged.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
